Must come in with clean lashes. *I do not work over other people’s work* Therefore, a removal is required to book with me. For fill appts, you are required to come in with at least 40% of your lashes otherwise it is considered a full set. If you need to reschedule or cancel please do so 48hrs PRIOR to your scheduled appointment. If cancelled 48-24hrs = 50% fee. 24hrs or less/Last minute cancellations or rescheduling last minute & no shows = 100% service booked. If not paid, you are prohibited from booking with me. Please be on time! Anything past 10 minutes results in an automatic cancellation & 100% fee of service required. IF I have enough time to lash you I will but there will be a $25 late fee. No extra guests. If you are sick, please reschedule in a timely manner. If you show up to your appointment with sick symptoms, I will send you home and cancellation fee will be applied! Acceptable forms of payment: Cash ONLY!
